• Twenty-one (21) times National Coach Philippine Team
• Coached a number of international caliber swimmers who competed in the Olympics (ex. Ryan Arabejo), World Youth Games (ex. Kendrick Uy), World Youth Games (Matthew and Mark Tano, and Chrizel Lagunday), World University Games (Gem Ong, Luica Dacanay), Asian Games (ex. Kendrick Uy, Denjylie Cordero), South East Asian Games (ex. Kendrick Uy,  Mark Tano, Chrizel Lagunday, and Ryan Arabejo, Gem Ong, and Denjylie Cordero) South East Asian Games Age Group Swimming Championships.
• Seven (7) years Assistant Coach to Ryuzo Ishikawa,  Coach of Japanese Olympians
• Two (2) years Assistant Coach to Genadi Gorbonov, Russian Coach and Sports Psychologist
• Three (3) daughters of Coach Cordero are members of the Philippine Team.  Notably Denjylie Cordero holds meet records in a number of international meets.
